Veterinary Technicians

Circle Oak Equine employs a team of Veterinary Technicians who carry out the treatments and fitness programs. Reporting to our Medical Director, Dr. Schlachter, the Vet Techs are led by Kari Farley, RVT. With three full time and numerous part-time Techs, we are always staffed for superior equine care. The techs practice preventative care as well – every horse receives a full-body check daily and is regularly groomed and handled. This ensures that the Techs are evaluating each horse’s entire condition and wellness while in residence with us. Our Techs are experienced, educated and have excellent horse handling skills. In addition, they work with a calmness and deliberation that creates and supports an atmosphere of healing at Circle Oak.
