Barn Manager and Veterinary Technician – Kendra Fettkether
Kendra manages the daily operations of Circle Oak Equine, from admitting new patients and residents to managing the barns and facilities staff. She devotes an equal amount of her time to working with the horses as a Veterinary Technician. Riding since childhood, she combines her more than 20 years of equine experience with superior technical skills and understanding. She has furthered her interest in horses with coursework in equine science at Santa Rosa Junior College. Kendra’s love for horses permeates everything that she does, and the procedures and protocols that she has designed reflect her concern for the safety and well being of our equine guests.

Senior Veterinary Technician – Kari Farley, RVT
Reporting directly to our staff veterinarian, Kari manages the team of vet techs who carry out the rehabilitation and fitness programs at Circle Oak. She has worked with horses all of her life, and became passionate about equine rehabilitation after she went through an extremely difficult rehab with her own mare, Clarity. She earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Sonoma State University and subsequently went back to school at SRJC to qualify for the State Veterinary Technician exam which she passed in early 2010. Another life-long rider, Kari also brings years of experience working in both equine and small animal practices. Under her direction and that of our Medical Director, Circle Oak Equine functions like a veterinary hospital, using the kinds of procedures and protocols that your vet will appreciate, and from which your horse will benefit.
